Thanks to Westfield, there is an art gallery in Wheaton, exhibiting and selling original artwork by local artists. The Wheaton Arts Parade Gallery is on the lower level of Westfield Wheaton shopping center next to Entrance 11. Ninety percent of sales revenue goes directly to the artists. In exchange, they volunteer to manage the gallery and three of the artists have studios at the gallery. The WAP Gallery is a showcase for artists from Montgomery County

The Wheaton Arts Parade Gallery's "Emerge" exhibition is on display until April 24, 2022. The exhibition features the original work of seventeen local artists and their impressions of "emerge." For some it is the seasonal transition from winter to spring, to longer days and new growth. For others it is about identity and self realization. Visit the gallery and meet the artists who volunteer to operate the store. Or you can shop online here. Ninety percent of all sales revenue goes directly to the artists who set the prices on their work.
The gallery space is donated by Westfield Wheaton as part of its support for the Wheaton Arts Parade whose mission is to bring the community together with art and to help Wheaton realize its potential as an Arts & Entertainment District.
