Want to join the parade? Here's how.

Have you wanted to be part of the Wheaton Arts Parade but didn't know what to do? Here's an an idea. We need your help pulling the 20-plus floats that have been made over the past eight years. All you have to do is grab the end of a rope and have some fun. They roll easily and the walk is only one-half mile. We ask you to arrive by 8am on Sunday, September 28, even earlier if you can help us assemble the floats on Ennalls Ave. Everyone needs to be at their float in parade order by 9:15am.

You can come alone or as a group. Make it a family outing. Rally your friends and neighbors to join you. Your kids will get a kick out of walking and waving to the crowd and being part of the celebration of art. So will you, especially if you live in the Wheaton area.
Please use this link to sign up today and mark your calendars: Volunteer Sign-up Form
Students also can sign up through the Montgomery County Volunteer Center. WAP is pre-approved for SSL hours. Students younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
